Northside Marina
South Haven, MI

This is a new 3,000 square foot building to replace the existing aged facility. This new building offers a commons area, kitchen, bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities to service 200 boaters. The building incorporates many energy efficient design systems to reduce mechanical loads on the building while providing large amounts of glass for optimal views of the river. Durable materials were used to provide for reduced maintenance and to extend the life of the building.
