The new administrative office building is an 8,000 s.f. facility that replaces an existing horse barn that resided at this location. The top priority of this building was to be environmentally conscious of all decisions made with the removal of the existing building and with new material selections. The new building incorporates salvaged material from the old barn through the new and incorporates solar panels on the roof to use renewable energy as well as translucent roof panels and windows under large overhangs for natural light to reduce the carbon footprint for the building.
