Klavon's Pizzeria & Pub

This was an 8,900 square foot renovation of an existing building into a new pizzeria & pub. Part of the design was to utilize as much of the existing structure as possible to minimize the impact on the environment. The building contains multiple types of seating areas, such as a bar area with adjacent table seating, a separate family style seating area and a private party seating area. The other feature of the design was an outdoor seating area with an adjacent indoor seating space that was designed to be opened up to the exterior on good weather days or to be closed when needed, all while keeping the remainder of the interior of the building thermally separated or connected as needed to the rest of the building. This restaurant was designed to provide a wide variety of dining experiences within one location.
