Bell's Brewery Expansion

The Brewery Expansion is a 40,000 s.f. addition with some renovation of the existing facility. The goal of the new facility was to quadruple the production capacity of the existing brewery. As a part of the expansion, Bell’s intended to create a modern facility with an old-world charm that was meant to welcome the public in, while being a sustainable building and reducing their carbon footprint.
