Friendship Village Clubhouse

This building is a 7,200 s.f. new clubhouse facility that was designed to provide a dinning area, kitchen, game room, library and training/craft room for the senior housing community of Friendship Village. The building was to provide flexible spaces that could be used daily by the residence for a variety of purposes but also accommodate large private gathers for families and friends.
